We are currently qualifying suppliers for turbine and rotating-equipment spare parts and would like to quickly confirm whether this scope aligns with your capabilities before issuing a formal RFQs.
For reference, the scope includes critical GE items such as:
Transition Pieces (e.g. 818E0462G006)
Bearings & Oil Seals (e.g. 138C8592G005, SMO1513400)
Thermocouples & Sensors (e.g. RTO65013, 362A1102P022)
Hardware & Consumables (bolts, nuts, bushings, gaskets)
Solar Mars 100 Gas Turbines, including but not limited to:
Air and fuel filters, pre-filters, and filter elements
Valves (ball valves, fuel gas control valves, pressure regulators)
Sensors and probes (temperature, UV/IR, pressure, ignition)
Modules and electronic control units (fast speed, relay output, analog I/O, PLC consoles)
Processors, computer systems, and regulators
Ignition components (spark plugs, ignition cables, gaskets)
Fuses and other electrical components
