VIRT is an experienced Polish CNC machining company operating since 1998 in Oświęcim. We specialize in precise 3- and 5-axis milling and CNC turning of metal and plastic parts for clients from Poland and Europe (Germany, France, Netherlands). We execute prototypes as well as short and medium series of details with complex geometry and high accuracy (±0.01 mm), used in machines, production lines, and tooling. We work based on 2D/3D documentation (PDF, STEP), providing advice on technology and cost optimization.

The DMG MORI machine park ensures high efficiency: 3-axis milling DMG M1 (travel 550×550×510 mm, parts up to 600 kg), 5-axis DMG CMX 50U (500×450×400 mm, tilting and rotating table ø630 mm), horizontal center DECKEL MAHO DMC 50H with pallets 400×400 mm. Turning includes DMG CLX450 (turning diameter 400 mm, length 550 mm, Y-axis ±60 mm, 12 driven tools VDI30) and DMG CTX 510 Ecoline (Ø465 mm, length 1050 mm, hydraulic support). Machining of steel, aluminum, brass, and engineering plastics.

We operate in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, guaranteeing documented processes and systematic quality control (probe measurement, CMM).
