The MÄDLER® group manufactures in Germany at the locations of Stuttgart and Hamburg, as well as in a joint venture in Shenzhen, adhering to German quality standards. Modern CNC technologies, short delivery times, and flexible manufacturing enable custom productions based on drawings or samples, small and large series, as well as ready-to-install assemblies. MÄDLER® is certified according to DIN EN ISO 9001.

**Custom Manufacturing:**
Finishing and special parts are available in a 24-hour service. We manufacture gears (module 0.3–8), racks (0.3–16), bevel gears (0.5–8), worms and worm wheels (0.3–6), as well as trapezoidal threads from 10 × 3 to 70 × 10 mm, single and double-threaded, including matching nuts. Also included in our service range are key hubs and clamping rings according to DIN 14.

Turning, milling, surface treatment, and assembly are provided from a single source. Our manufacturing service is complemented by warehousing and reliable, fast logistics.
