The company's products help lift Airbus into the sky, power Formula 1 racers, operate hydraulic pumps on oil platforms, and are used in construction and agricultural machinery. Our product portfolio includes: gears, sprockets, spur gears, worms and worm wheels, gear shafts and key shafts, racks, timing belt pulleys, special profiles, gear hubs, key hubs and grooves, oil pump wheels, eccentric wheels, assemblies, as well as planetary gearbox sets.
The defense and medical technology, mechanical engineering industry, as well as shipbuilding and locomotive construction are also among the sectors that rely on our gear factory.
Schray Antriebstechnik: the gearing specialist for small to medium series according to customer drawings/requirements.
The company Schray is a specialist in high-precision drive elements and gear and eccentric wheels. This includes, among others, conical, ball, and helical gears, planetary gearbox sets, and complete planetary gearboxes. The gear factory Schray is not a mass producer but manufactures parts in small to medium series where the highest quality (in the my-range) is required within tight tolerances. The manufacturing program focuses on the range of module 0.5 - 4, but production goes up to module 8 and Ø 630 mm. Our gear factory offers both partial and complete manufacturing.
In partial manufacturing, the customer provides a turned part that is geared and, if necessary, after hardening, which is outsourced, is ground and/or honed in our gear factory. Instead of gear grinding, Schray Antriebstechnik also employs the new technology of skiving.
