Turning and Milling
From single parts to series production, from small components to parts of 60 cm and more, we manufacture CNC-turned and milled parts in various materials (metal, non-ferrous metal, plastic).

Sheet Metal Production
Whether you have a material thickness of 0.3 mm or 170 mm, we offer the following processes: laser cutting, water jet cutting, plasma cutting, punching, nibbling, bending, and welding.

Welding
We weld gear and motor housings up to 160 tons, especially for chassis construction and mining machinery. And all of this meets the highest welding standard XY.

Casting
Our wide range of castings, including gray cast iron, ductile iron, non-ferrous castings, and steel castings, is offered including mechanical processing from raw parts to finished parts.

Surface Treatment
Our surface treatment options range from powder coating, electroplating or chemical nickel plating, to phosphating, bluing, chromating, and chrome plating, as well as galvanizing and of course painting.
