As the head of Production, he oversees quality control, safety, and on-time delivery while leading the entire shop team with integrity and skill. Peter has performed every job in the foundry and now plays a key role in both Business Development and Sales. With over 20 years of experience in the industry, Lisa manages all inside sales and customer service at Calumet Brass. She processes incoming orders, tracks them through every step of production, and serves as the main point of contact for customers — ensuring clear communication and reliable follow-through from start to finish.
